It means if someone has bought a Brother off Spotlight, or Lincraft, or another store of this nature, we are the official warranty repair centre where they can bring their machine to us.
How it works:
- Proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided and brought in along with machine
It must be within Warranty Date
- All NS Series and under are 1 year warranty
- All NV Series and above are 1 year Mechanical, and 5 years electrical
- If outside of warranty, we can offer to service it at normal cost
