Goods must be returned in original packaging to avoid damage during transit and all original accessories must be included. Goods will be assessed once received and if proven to be a fault caused by the user, the costs of repair will be charged to the purchaser. A copy of proof of purchase must also be returned with the goods.

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs. However, if an item is deemed to be faulty, reimbursement of reasonable return postage costs may be considered. A refund, exchange, or store credit may only be offered if the goods are proven to be faulty, have been wrongly described, or differ from what was advertised. A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided for all claims.

Special conditions may apply on specific items that are stated as non-refundable, at the concession of the item manufacturer. Our machine partners may occasionally offer special deals on returns.
